Evolution is a comprehensive underwriting and financial management system. It handles client relationship management, quote and policy administration, and claims processing, supported by intuitive workflows including diary and task management. A user-defined dashboard summarises workflow tasks and key business indicators, giving brokers a single home page for all system activity rather than having to check multiple tools to see what needs attention.
All of Evolution’s broking features are backed by a full-function accounting system, handling banking, settlements, journals and payments, with an optional fully integrated General Ledger available for agencies that want a complete, end-to-end view of financial performance alongside their broking data.
Evolution was designed from the ground up as an e-commerce enabled, integration-ready platform. It connects to insurer systems, Australia’s Sunrise Exchange, and external applications through configurable workflows, and can be extensively customised to reflect a brokerage’s specific business requirements. In practice, this means Evolution sits behind Sunrise Exchange as the managing system, handling the client and policy environment while Sunrise Exchange pushes through structured transaction data, so renewals and other transactions flow through as a single, connected process rather than separate manual steps.
