Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Update
December 4, 2025

We are actively operationalising the Ebix Global principles of strategic growth, anchoring our local operations in sustainable development, innovation, and responsible expansion. This initiative represents a vital step in our broader strategy, ensuring we remain accountable for our impact while proactively preparing for the evolving regulatory landscape, specifically the mandatory annual sustainability reporting requirements commencing in July 2027. We are collaborating with our global team right now to align our operating model with the corporate ESG framework, giving us a clear view of our performance across environmental, social, and governance metrics.

Our roadmap is already in motion. The second half of 2025 is dedicated to Foundation & ASRS Compliance. This means setting up the right Board committees, appointing a specialist CSO, and getting our data collection up to Australian standards. By 2026, we will shift to Operational Implementation to get our reporting cycles running, followed by a Continuous Improvement phase late in the year to keep our governance sharp.

Aligning Values with Action: Our Modern Slavery Statement

We are also proud to release our Modern Slavery Statement (MSS) for the 2025-26 financial year. While Australian law only mandates this for companies with over AU$100M in revenue, we have chosen to comply voluntarily. We believe it is simply the right thing to do to ensure our business and supply chains are free from exploitation.

To back this statement with action, the ESG team is rolling out:

  • Better Vetting: We are adding specific compliance checks to our onboarding process for key service providers.
  • Risk Analysis: We are taking a proportionate, risk-based approach to evaluating our supply chains.
  • Education: We are developing training to help staff recognize the signs of slavery and human trafficking.
  • Speaking Up: We are launching a confidential channel via SharePoint and email, allowing anyone to report concerns without fear of retaliation.
