WinBEAT NEXT is Ebix Australia’s cloud-based insurance broking platform, built on the trusted foundations of WinBEAT and designed for brokerages that are ready to grow. It’s an end-to-end SaaS solution, meaning Ebix manages the entire environment, including backups, security and operating system upgrades, so brokerages no longer need to maintain their own servers or install updates manually.
Because it’s cloud-based, WinBEAT NEXT can be accessed anytime, from desktop, laptop or mobile. This gives brokers more flexibility in how and where they work, without sacrificing the familiar structure and workflows that WinBEAT users already know.
WinBEAT NEXT integrates directly with Sunrise Exchange for electronic underwriting and online quoting, iClose e-commerce solutions, web-based quoting systems from participating premium funders, background funding, document management systems, banking systems including NAB, and the Ebix Online Payment Gateway. External API integrations are also on the roadmap. These integrations reduce duplicated data entry and support end-to-end workflows across a brokerage’s operations.
WinBEAT NEXT is offered on a flexible quarterly subscription, removing the need for large upfront licence fees or long-term lock-in contracts. Brokerages also get access to Australia-wide professional training, from introductory through to advanced levels, plus a dedicated support team that aims to respond to enquiries within four business hours.
