SmartOffice Pro Official Launch Early 2018

Introducing SO Pro

The much anticipated upgrade to Ebix's CRM SmartOffice is here! Being released to existing users this month, the official launch will take place in early 2018. For those that are unfamiliar with SmartOffice, it is a web-based Customer Relationship Management system, designed specifically to meet the unique sales and marketing needs of the insurance industry. Its integration with Ebix broking software and Microsoft Office make it the must-have CRM for any insurance broker looking to manage their customer base or grow their business.

There are a number of exciting new features and enhancements with this new release, including the following:

  • A modernised user interface and streamlined navigation
  • SmartOffice Anywhere - a mobile and tablet optimised version of SmartOffice
  • Enhanced email functionality and syncing
  • Expanded browser support, including Google Chrome
  • Enhancements to a range of modules including Opportunities, Policy and Case Manager

WinBEAT4.2.13 New Release

The latest WinBEAT4.2 release was rolled out across Australia in early December. It includes a number of updates and changes. For the full overview of the WinBEAT4.2.13 release, please refer to the Release Notes in WinBEAT HELP.

Some of the enhancements include:

  • New Background Funding functionality - Premium Funded Clients can now be flagged for automatic rollover of funding
  • Background funded invoices - now funding status updated automatically on log-in
  • Loan enquiry button added - when viewing and selecting invoices in Client/Policy Enquiry you will see a new 'loan enquiry' button that will be active if the selected invoice is premium funded
  • A number of cosmetic changes in Transaction Entry
  • Reports - additional details have been added to WinBEAT Reports as requested by many WinBEAT users
  • Activity Log - Updates to Account Managers now recorded in the log
