WinBEAT Diary and Tasking Module
The WinBEAT Diary module was developed to provide an automated tasks and reminders system to assist with day to day processing and follow-up of your normal insurance activities. The WinBEAT Diary module allows users to optionally automate reminder tasks for Renewals and New Business, Quotes, Claims, part receipted items and compliance requirements, as well as to add customised diary entries for Tasks, Appointments and Events. The Diary includes a Calendar view and a Task view. Users can add both public and private entries into their diary.
Forms Module
Pre-designed special forms including Invoices, Schedules, Closings, Statements, Bank Deposit,Underwriter Remittance, Final Notice, Quote Slip, Claims Advice, Claims Notification, Cover Note Request, Receipts, Schedule of Insurances and Certificate of Insurance. Invoice printing includes options for standard or Credit Card remittance as well as basic notice of disclosure and IBD wording, (or you may elect not to print this wording where you have your own wordings preprinted on the reverse side of the invoice). Provision for logo included on forms where appropriate.
Account Manager Security Module
Restricts a nominated user/s access to clients for selected account manager/s. For example for authorised reps with their own client base. User Guide included.
Coinsurance and Overseas Underwriting Module
Provides for multiple insurers for the one risk and for overseas underwriting including the automated calculation of overseas tax and remittance of government rates and levies. Electronic User Guide included.
